清理与安全

勾选一个文件夹，会把整个文件夹移走吗？

不会。文件夹只是审核入口；可处理的仅是其中已扫描、通过本机安全规则、由你明确勾选且执行前再次校验通过的文件。受保护、无法读取或用途未确认的内容不会因为付费或 AI 建议变成可清理对象。

移入废纸篓后，为什么磁盘空间没有立刻增加？

文件仍在 macOS 废纸篓中。你可以先在 Finder 中检查或尝试恢复；只有自行清空废纸篓并由系统完成处理后，空间才可能实际释放。Cleaner Compass 不会自动清空废纸篓。

AI 建议会自动删除文件吗？

不会。AI 只解释可能的用途、保留理由、可逐项审核范围和处理影响。建议可能出错，清理资格始终由本机规则决定，最终操作仍须你确认。

AI 会看到哪些内容？

计划中的云端 AI 功能会先展示发送预览，并在你主动确认后发送有限的目录名、子目录名、文件名线索和本机扫描摘要；不会发送文件正文或完整路径。正式版本的实际数据处理方式会在上线前写入隐私政策。

计划中的免费额度与购买

首发方案计划提供 1 次免费本机扫描、最多 5 个符合安全规则的文件夹审核清理机会，以及 3 次免费 AI 建议。本机功能计划以一次买断解锁；AI 建议计划提供 10、30、50、100 次四档次数包，无自动续费。一个文件夹的审核清理机会不代表可移动其中所有内容。

什么情况下会扣除 AI 次数？

计划规则是：你主动请求并收到一条有效 AI 建议时才扣 1 次。取消、明确失败、仅重新打开已有结果不应重复扣次。最终实现与异常请求的处理方式将在上线前验收，并在应用内说明。

App Store 购买或退款遇到问题怎么办？

先在应用内查看购买状态和剩余次数。若权益未到账，请邮件联系支持。App Store 付款与退款由 Apple 的购买流程处理；你也可以在 Apple 的“报告问题”页面查询或申请退款。

Cleaner Compass is preparing for release. For help, email 68183830@qq.com. Include your macOS version, app version, steps to reproduce the issue, and any error message. Please do not send private files, full file paths, passwords, or sensitive purchase details.

Common questions

Does selecting a folder remove the whole folder?

No. Only scanned files that pass local safety rules, are explicitly selected by you, and pass a final check can be moved to Trash. Paying or requesting AI advice does not make protected files eligible.

Why has my free space not increased?

Files moved to Trash still occupy space until you empty Trash yourself and macOS completes the operation. Cleaner Compass does not empty Trash automatically.

Does AI delete files or read their contents?

No. The planned cloud AI feature explains likely folder purpose and possible effects. Before a request, you will preview and confirm the limited names and local scan summary to send. File contents and full paths are not sent. The final privacy policy will describe actual processing before launch.

How will purchases work?

The planned offer includes one free local scan, five eligible folder cleanup opportunities, and three free AI advice uses. Local features will have a one-time unlock; AI advice will have 10, 30, 50, and 100-use packs without auto-renewal. A use should be charged only after valid advice is received. For an App Store purchase or refund issue, contact us or use Apple's Report a Problem service.
